Most schools run by grade level in 25–30 minute waves across a morning. A typical K–6 campus wraps the whole event in about three hours, and we handle setup before school and teardown after.
Nothing up front. We're paid out of funds raised, so your school never writes a check to get started. We'll walk you through the exact split before you commit — no surprises.
Yes. We use cornstarch-based, non-toxic, skin-friendly color powder. It washes out of hair and skin easily and rinses out of most clothing. We still recommend kids wear the event shirt and old shoes.
We're Arizona-based, so we plan around the heat. We schedule morning start times, build in water stations and shade breaks, and we'll work with you on a rain date if the weather turns.
Very little. We need a main point of contact, a student roster for pledge pages, and a space to run. We bring the equipment, the music, the volunteers' instructions, and the energy.
Five to six weeks is ideal — that gives students a full three weeks of pledge collection and gives us time to get your branding and shirts ready. We can move faster if you're in a pinch, so just ask.
